David DARGON holds a master’s degree in finance and taxation from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University. His training was quite international, as he spent two years in North America: first in Canada, then in the United States, where he obtained a master’s degree in accounting and finance.

After gaining experience in financial analysis in commercial banking and at the Banque de France, he joined the world of M&A in 2023, where he works on valuations and the production of all documentation required for deal execution.

He has been involved in healthcare, consumer, climate industry, and construction.
